This book is simply great. It's so full of great information, and also so easy to read! The author does such a wonderful job of giving you necessary information in an easy to read, non-condescending way. The pull-out pocket guide in the back is excellent, and has already proved to be so valuable to me while shopping!! I definitely HIGHLY recommend this book!!

In the beginning of this book, Julie Feldman does an exceptional job explaining the how's and why's of her approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Once she begins to take you aisle by aisle through the grocery store, you understand exactly why she makes the food and recipe recommendations she does. Julie does an excellent job empowering you to make simple and practical changes to your shopping habits that will translate into powerful changes to your health and lifestyle.

This book could be my new best friend! So easy to read, so easy to understand! Thank you Julie for writing this book, I have read plenty of other books, but yours has a different approach and makes it easier to apply! I would recommend this book to anyone, not just people looking to lose weight!
