Very effective workouts

It's amazing that all you need is a medicine ball to do everything necessary to tone up and build muscle. It's amazing but it's true. And in Medicine Ball Workouts by Brett Stewart you'll discover how to strengthen your major and supporting muscle groups. Now this is important because it's doing compound exercises that gives you power and builds muscle. It's not doing isolated lifting.

Of course the medicine ball is especially great for the core. Nothing will give you a solid core as fast as a medicine ball workout. And Brett shows you how to do it all in his new book.

Nothing very special many other sources could have provided the same for free if googled. Would have liked to see much more exercises in detail for each body part.

the book is a rehash of the author's methodology, used in his previous books. There are now innovative exercises, no conceptual frameworkfor the use of medicine ball, which would be expected in this kind of manual
