Great cookbook for basic, authentic Chinese recipes

This is the best Chinese cookbook ever. I have had it for over 30 years. My husband, who is Chinese and came to the U.S. when he was 16, says it has the best basic Chinese recipes of any Chinese cookbook he's used. It is very authentic. Our daughter is getting married and we wanted to give her her own copy of Mrs. Ma's. The book came on time, was carefully packaged and came in excellent condition.
